CTB Spring Operating Mechanism
CTB spring operating mechanism can be used for ZW32 outdoor vacuum circuit breaker and other outdoor or indoor vacuum circuit breaker with similar closing power and output Angle.Its performance conforms to the requirements of IEC62271 "AC high-voltage circuit breaker" and the product "technical conditions".Among them, CTB-D is the motor operating mechanism and CTB-S is the manual mechanism.The manual operating mechanism has the functions of manual energy storage, manual separation and over current protection.The electric operating mechanism has the functions of motor and manual energy storage, electromagnetic and manual separation and over-retention protection.CTB series operating mechanism over-current protection needs to be equipped with a controller with inrush current, delay and quick break protection functions.
1. Conditions of Use
This product applies the following working conditions:
1) The upper limit of ambient air temperature for storage and transportation is + 65ºC,and the lower limit is -40ºC
2) The upper limit of the ambient air temperature is + 70ºC,and the lower limit is -40ºC
3) Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, daily average ≤90% (+25%C)
4) Altitude: ≤3000m
5) Wind speed: ≤35m/s 6)Place of use: no fire, no explosion hazard, no serious pollution, no corrosion and violent vibration
